Derek Warren F.R.I.C.S - Vice chairman A Chartered Building Surveyor, now retired, inspected most types of property, including working on Grade I & II Listed Buildings. Connected with scouting since joining as a cub, was a leader for 26 years and is a trustee of the buildings owned by 15th Finchley Scout Group Interested in wildlife, was honorary warden of Darlands Lake Nature Reserve in the totteridge valley for 16 years. Member of The Finchley Society, on the Environment & Transport Committee. A member of Christ Church, North Finchley. Married having 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren.

Phil Green - Trustee Phil has over thirty years experience at a senior level in the agricultural finance and leasing industry, for the last 18 years as a senior executive with a subsidiary of a major AAA rated European bank. Phil has significant experience in negotiating, implementing and managing global joint ventures. In 2002 he established and became the Managing Director of his employer's Australia/New Zealand business. He subsequently established the company's business in Asia Pacific based out of Singapore. Phil is now President of a global business with assets of circa £ 3.8bn (‚¬ 4.8bn). Phil was Chairman of the Trust from 2006 to 2008 and led the Trust in its purchase of the farm from the Highways Agency in November 2007.

Dr Rudi Vis M.P. - Trustee Rudi was born in the Netherlands and became British in 1982. He holds an Education B.Sc (University of Maryland),M.Sc Econ (London School of Economics) and Ph.D. Econ (Brunel University). Rudi was a councillor, London Borough of Barnet, from 1986 - 1998 and is currently the member of parliament for Finchley and Golders Green ,1997 - present, as well as Member of the Council for Europe and Member of the Western European Union, both from 1997 - present. Rudi is a founder member of the College Farm Trust. In 2000, in his capacity as M.P., he successfully negotiated with the Minister of Transport for London that the farm be offered for sale exclusively to the Trust.
Jacqui Ross M.R.C.V.S - Trustee
Jacqui has over 30 years experience as a qualified veterinarian, she has her own practice in Harrow Weald. In this capacity, she has supported the farm since 1982 by donating her time and expertise and acting as an advisor for the many and varied farm livestock at College Farm. Although specialising in equines,she has kept well informed on all types of farm animals for the benefit of the animals at College Farm.
Her love of equines throughout her life has led to her becoming a successful breeder of performance horses.
